Entering new proxies into rapid leecher ultimate 2007

Hi,
I have a large list of proxies (roughly 7300) but few are still active, I try to enter them but i'm not sure I am doing it correctly. Am I meant to do it like this?
"proxy: 192.168.0.222: - proxy port 8080"
or
"proxy: 192.168.0.222 - proxy port 8080"

note: there is a ":" in the first entry but "no :" in the second
